Last Day to Register for Fall Camporee

Lewis and Clark District Scouters:  Today is the LAST day to register for the District Fall Camporee!  Please make a point to register you and your boys for this extremely fun event!

There will be some changes to the program.  Former District Chair Tim Locke is putting together a SURPRISE program which will be announced at the Friday evening Cracker Barrel and Saturday morning Flag Ceremony.  We hope that you and your boys will have a great time at the event!

As a reminder, the Fall Camporee will be held at “Sanford Park” on the Marias River – South of Chester, below Tiber Dam; 85 miles from Gt. Falls.

How to get there
from Great Falls:

  1. Take highway 87 north towards Fort Benton.
  2. Near Fort Benton, at milepost 40.5, take a left & head west on highway 223 to Tiber Dam.
  3. At milepost 39.2, take a left & head west to Lake Elwell (Tiber Dam). This is gravel.
  4. After approximately 7 miles take a left & head south & down hill to the campground.

How to get there
from Great Falls:

 

1.
Take highway

Fee:    $5.00 per person, payable in
the Scout office by 4:00 PM, September 9.
Troops that fail to register by September 9 run the risk of not being
able of participating in some events.
