REMINDER: Food Drive Bag Drop-off is TOMORROW

“Do A Good Turn Daily”

More than just words, we will prove that our hearts are as big as our principals again over the next two weekends as we collect food for the Boy Scout Food Drive.

Units all over Great Falls should already know their designated bag drop areas, and all bags have already been given out to units.  Tomorrow morning Scouts should canvas Great Falls, dropping off the bags at each house.

Remember:  do NOT place any bags in mailboxes.

If you have any questions, please contact the Food Drive chair, Deb Kemper, at 799-6620.

(Great Falls) “Do a Good Turn Daily” – the Scout Slogan – is more than just words. On March 24 and again on March 31, local Boy Scouts will attempt to prove that their hearts are as big as their principles by collecting food for the needy in the annual Boy Scout Food Drive.

Scouts will be hitting the streets to drop off empty grocery bags at houses all over Great Falls on Saturday, March 24 and picking them up on early on March 31. All food collected will be donated to the Great Falls Food Bank.

In 2011, local Scouts collected almost 21,000 lbs. of food in the annual drive. This year, Scouts have an ambitious goal to collect 25,000 lbs.!
