Do you know a student, late grade school through high school, interested in game design? Well, following a successful summer camp at Paris Gibson Square Museum of Modern Art, Great Falls’ own Team KAIZEN, http://www.TeamKAIZENgames.com, is teaming up with The Square again to offer a game design camp to teach students how passion in gaming can lead to a career! For a one time price of $125.00, students will come to the Square 1-4 p.m., six Saturdays from October 19, 2013 through November 22, 2013. There, students will learn the basics of game design through Sony’s LittleBigPlanet 2, http://www.littlebigplanet.com, a game with built in 3D art and programming tools to create a simulated game studio environment where participants will learn what it takes to make and sell a game. If interested, please call the Square at 727-8255 or http://www.the-square.org to register. For more information please feel free to contact Team KAIZEN’s Lead Game Designer, Josh Hughes, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Team KAIZEN has also graciously agreed to teach the brand new Game Design Merit Badge at this year’s Boy Scout Pow Wow in January 2014. Keep an eye out for more details regarding the Pow Wow.
