The Boy Scouts of America was built with honor, tradition and value in mind – all while teaching leadership, teamwork, duty to God and the value of being a good citizen.
We’re writing to ask a special favor.
Today, 11-11-11, is Veterans Day. All of us at the Montana Council are hoping you’ll take some time to reflect on the servicemen and women whose sacrifices make our passions possible.
To the 21.8 million veterans currently in the U.S, and to all who served throughout our nation’s history, thank you!
Our members, partners and supporters are rightly proud of BSA’s on-the-ground accomplishments with our youth, but the freedoms defended and protected by America’s veterans are perhaps the greatest gift of all to our country and our way of life.
Please join us on Veterans Day in letting our heroes know how we feel about them.
With warmest regards,
The Staff of the Montana Council, Boy Scouts of America
